The SubSurface LC-5000 Water Leak Correlator is an advanced acoustic detection system designed for high-precision leak detection in underground pipelines. Using sophisticated signal processing algorithms and real-time correlation, it analyzes sound patterns from multiple points along a pipeline to pinpoint leaks quickly and accurately, reducing water loss and repair time.

The primary unit features a 24-bit digital signal processor, capable of performing real-time simultaneous correlations on up to six channels, displayed on a 7-inch touchscreen interface for seamless operation. Equipped with long-distance wireless communication, the correlator supports both cable and radio connectivity, with an external antenna option for deep pipe access.

Its fully submersible transmitters, powered by rechargeable lithium batteries, ensure reliable data collection even in challenging environments. The logger mode allows for long-term data recording, while the pre-amplifier can function as a repeater to expand the system’s radio range when needed.

The system also includes external sensors with 10-foot cables, designed for use in deep or muddy access points where traditional methods fail. Its rugged resin body with rubber protection ensures durability in field conditions, making it an essential tool for water utilities, municipalities, and infrastructure maintenance teams.
