Leica Style GRZ4 360-Degree Prism

The prism itself is a great product, no complaints there. It will do everything the Leica will do for a little more than half the cost! Definitely worth it, just buy it from a different company!! I bought two of these and one of them came broken. It had been dropped (You could tell due to the giant dent on one of the bottom corners) and so there were chips throughout all the glass. It was also missing all the packaging when I received it so I am still wondering if maybe they sent me someone else's return? Anyway, when I called to return it, I got a great customer service agent who told me I could send pictures to his supervisor, Chaya. I sent them immediately through email, and when I still hadn't heard back from them for 2 days, I called. They hadnt received it so I tried again and they were having issues on their end so they agreed to ship me a replacement with a return label in the box. Two weeks later (on a Tuesday) I called Chaya to see where my package was and she put me on hold to call Fedex. She told me they were delayed and that it would be here today. When it still wasn't here by Friday, I called Chaya again and she said it would be here today. I asked for the tracking number and it ends up the label hadn't even been made until Wednesday! I must have reminded her when I called! All of this hasn't even mentioned the immense amount of attitude the entire time! It was a horrible experience. Especially when they tried to offer me a 10% discount which was a special they were having for everyone at the time anyway.... I will never be purchasing from Tiger Supplies again. My company spends about $2,000 a month on this site as well so I didn't think some good customer service was too much to ask for!
