Never use buy from this company.

Never received the product. Delivery with FedEx was screwed up. Company customer service support is a phone number that tells you someone will reach out by email which is also not helpful and there is no immediate resolution.

I would buy from Tiger supply again and again.

Well when I received the tripod and pulled it from the box my first reaction was ""nice, looks good"". But when I spread it to stand I noticed it was damaged, It was damaged in shipping. This was a saturday delivery by Fed ex. I was dreading contacting Tigersupplies but the gal I dealt with when reporting problem could not have been more accommodating. I was greatly relieved and super impressed with the way the return was handles=d. I will be shopping with Tigersupplies in the future.

Buckle broke

The buckle to hold it closed broke on the first use.
