    Good product, BUT!

    I've enjoyed all of the products I've purchased from Tiger Supplies....WHEN I FINALLY GOT THEM! Every order I've placed has required a call to customer service to determine the status of my order after an inordinate amount of time had passed without receiving the order. My latest order was no exception. Customer service told me I was due to receive it today when, in fact, I received an email today to advise me it had just shipped. I presume because I shook the tree!
