Fiberglass 100' Appraiser's Measuring Tape with Hook

Great for appraisal work but the hook area that attaches to the tape measure is weak and usually breaks after a short while using.

I bought two of these this past year, and both of the hook ends broke within 2 months. I am a real estate appraiser, and measure several houses weekly, but the past 100ft tape measures with hook that I have purchased have lasted 6 months to a year. The best tape measure I have ever purchased is the Sokkia Eslon tape with hook, but they have over doubled in price and extremely hard to find now. I will not be buying this product again with 2 of the same product both breaking so quickly.

We work in the assessment field and we measure improvements to property on a daily basis. The staff were using the type with a metal end; and are so pleased with the hook!!!

I'm a Realtor and some of jobs requiring me to measure some properties. This is the only company that I found that I can get a 100' Fiberglass Appraiser Tape with this type of hook. When measuring homes I need this large hook to hold on to the side of the building without coming off when I am extending tape. This is a great product. This is the 3rd one I purchased. This is the best tape I have used over the years. The hook works great. The tape does wear out where it attaches to the hook, however. The service from Tiger was fantastic.
