The Rolatape RT312 Measuring Wheel is a light weight tool for measuring distances indoors or outdoors.  It measures in feet and inches up to 10,000 feet.  The 12 inch wheel is made of a rugged molded plastic with tough aluminum spokes.  This allows it to negotiate smooth or harsh terrain with ease.  As it navigates the surface, it calculates distance on a 5-digit counter.  The counter has a handy reset button in case you need to set the numbers back to zero.  Its pistol style handle is easy to grip and provides excellent control of the device.   Use the kickstand to hold the measurer upright during rest periods.  For storage or transport, simply collapse the entire unit to a mere 24 inches, and secure it in place using the handle lock.  This device is great for construction, landscaping, appraisals, general contracting, and any other situation that requires accurate distance measuring.
