    Knobs come off

    With respect to Tiger fulfillment; 5 stars, with respect to the product; 4 stars. I now have 4 of these locators, 1 is missing both knobs, 1 is missing one knob, 1 (fulfilled in this order,) lasted 1 day until one knob came off and 1 (also this order,) is still unboxed. We attempted to rob a knob off one to put on the other, but the fastener is so tiny that you can't see it. Evidently there is some random way to keep them tightly affixed as we can't make them come off if we want to. I have 15 year old Schonstedts with the knobs still on. This is a manufacturing or design problem that ought to be fixed. I am definitely annoyed. Otherwise, good product.
