The Stonex S980+ Base Only Package is designed for dependable, long-range RTK broadcasting on demanding jobsites. With its powerful 2–5 W UHF radio (410–470 MHz) and multi-constellation tracking, the S980+ delivers stable correction signals across urban and open environments, supporting GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, QZSS, and IRNSS. Combined with a fast 20 Hz update rate and 4G LTE connectivity, it supports both traditional radio and NTRIP correction workflows, providing survey-grade control points that are accurate and reliable in real-world field conditions.

This package includes the 7 ft GPS base pole for a secure and elevated setup. A color TFT display gives operators quick access to key information, while built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth allow easy configuration from a smartphone or tablet via WebUI. With IMU tilt compensation (up to 60°) activated and 1PPS timing output for advanced workflows, the S980+ adapts to a wide range of surveying needs. Durable IP67 sealing, wide operating temperature range, up to 15 hours battery life make the S980+ a rugged and flexible choice for surveyors who need a dedicated GNSS base receiver that performs in any condition.
