The Topcon LS-80X Laser Receiver works with Red beam lasers to allow maximum efficiency in construction and surveying. When paired with the Topcon RL-H5A Laser, it offers an extended working range of up to 3,100 feet. It has a detective range of up to two inches and provides two accuracy modes—High (±0.04-inch) and Normal (±0.08-inch)—to ensure precise leveling and alignment.

For easy readability and versatility, this laser receiver by Topcon features a dual LCD display. It is equipped with an eleven-channel grade indicator, has a Detective Precision Switch which helps in adjusting the precision for a more accurate detection, and an audible height alert to make correct adjustments. This improved laser receiver comes with a rear-mounted speaker, which has a louder audible tone that can be used even on noisy job sites.

The Topcon LS-80X Laser Receiver operates for up to 120 hours with two AA batteries (sold separately), and it features an auto shut-off function, making the device automatically turn off after 30 minutes of idleness. For power monitoring, it has a battery remaining display and a low battery warning for the laser. This laser receiver resists dust and water since it is Rated IP66, and it also has a rubber case for added protection, making it ideal for outdoor applications.
