    Ordered July 26, showing ""in Stock"" Billed in full July 29 Issued Tracking info for complete order on July 31 1/2 order arrived early August Spoke to ""Eva"" August 10th, told me she'd 'get back to me in a few days' I told her-hey that isn't acceptable, I NEED THIS"" Said she'd 'try to get hold of mtg-they were difficult to communicate with, but she would get back to me by Friday afternoon (the 11th) Last I ever heard from HER Called August 22, spoke to ""Tommy"" said he'd substitute a different but almost exact item and send it out ASAP And that he'd speak to Eva Today is August 25. No email, no confirmation, no package.....

    Back Ordered, and Don't Know When it Will Ever Arrive

    Tiger Supplies, you charged my Paypal account for an item not in stock and have not informed us when we might expect it. That's poor service. Furthermore, we ordered 3 sections. We received the 8-12' and the 4-8' and when we went to mount them we noticed they didn't align well. The darn print is off about a 1/3""...not cool either...
