    BAD SERVICE

    I've bought some stuff recently off Tiger's ebay platform, but I ordered this cable over the phone....what a disaster....very unprofessional sounding staff....they sent me the wrong cable which was a chinese pirate edition of a GEV234.....it took eleven days to get here....I had to send it back ( and hunt out a Fedex office).....again the staff answering the phone were a disaster.....a 20 minute long call!.....I told them I wanted a refund.....instead they sent me another cable ......this time the right one....now I have two as I got one from another supplier....and your people didn't even include a properly priced invoice/receipt like I had requested in the initial phone call.......I'm calling your company on Monday to organise a receipt or a refund........a disastrius experience!

    Excellent product.

    I purchased this item to link my Leica TSR803 to my laptop. It works excellently. The only reason I did not rate it higher was the exorbitant price. This is Leica's fault, not Tiger Supplies. This cable ends up costing over $200. A Topcon cable is about $15!
