The TPI Commercial Belt Drive Exhaust Fan & Shutters is a US-made rugged exhaust fan that is ideal to use in commercial establishments. It comes with a 5/8-inch blade drive shaft and a motor frame size of 56 which is great for warehouses.

This TPI commercial exhaust fan features a drip-proof motor with a permanently lubricated ball bearing that can handle high loads and does not overheat. Also, it can produce a speed of up to 1,725 revolutions per minute (RPM).

The TPI belt drive fan is made of an aluminum blade and a powder-coated venturi that is durable. As an additional feature, this TPI fan is supported by a one-year warranty.
