Paid for 2nd day air and it arrived later than that. Had to make other purchase to take to to job instead. Web site says something like 'no questions asked returns', however I could not get an RMA number until I gave a reason for return. Wasn't cheap to mail back. I feel robbed and lied to. Never using Tiger Supplies again.
