    Poor service and delivery

    Ordered and paid for 2 batteries, when the package was delivered there was only one. Took at least 5 calls to talk to someone in customer services. The firt person blew me off I guess. Three days went by and didn't hear anything (hopefully is you have a problem you don't get Rosa to help). Had to call another 5 times to get a hold of someone. They claim they are sending another battery. This was the first purchase I have ever made from Tiger Supplies, needless to say it will be the last. It is worth paying more at a real survey supply house for the customer service.
