I bought this product on 9/17 and at the time of this review it is 10/10. I received an email requesting that I leave a review on the product on 10/8. However, I've not received the product. In fact, as of 10/10 the order status is ""Complete / Paid / Unshipped"". I called customer service before writing this ""review"" to see if there were any issues. I learned that they were closed for the Jewish holiday and that I should call back when they open on 10/20. I think the 10/20 part might be a mistake and that they really meant 10/13, but I'm not sure. Soooo...that's where I'm at right now. And that's the reason for my rating at this time.
